By accessing or using d2k (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

d2k is an AI-powered personal styling application that provides color analysis, wardrobe management, and outfit recommendations. The Service is available as a mobile application and web platform.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use d2k. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• d2k offers a 7-day free trial for new users
• After the trial, the subscription is $9.99/month
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through the app or by contacting support
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to d2k. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI analysis of garment photos for categorization and outfit generation).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that violates others’ rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Outfit recommendations, styling advice, and color analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect. Use your own judgment when making fashion decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

d2k is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
